Word Count Goal provides a browser-based utility that allows you to set a daily or session word count goal and track your writing progress by pasting or typing text. The tool performs all calculations locally in your browser. The Site is offered for informational and convenience purposes only.

The Site is a simple tracking tool. It does not provide writing coaching, editorial services, productivity consulting, or any form of professional advice. Any decisions you make based on your use of the tool are your own responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the text you input into the tool. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or its security features.
• Upload or input any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Verification of Outputs

The word count displayed by the tool is based on a standard algorithm. While we aim for accuracy, you should verify critical counts independently if they are used for submissions, assignments, or professional purposes. We are not liable for any discrepancies.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other third-party ad networks. 7. Intellectual Property
